Tony & Jackey Hair Massacre

TL was literally freaking mad yesterday at the salon. I just lost my temper. Poor korean stylist and filipina assistant. Hindi ko na-control. I have to let it out. Besides, I was a customer yesterday. So I know my right and my limits.

I waited for 30 minutes before my turn. While waiting, they had me choose which haircut I will have from their hair book. I've been a customer of this salon for months already and I have seen the book a lot of times so I know what page to turn and what to show to the stylist.

I have a regular stylist but she was transferred to cebu already. That's the reason why I have to show the cut that I want, and the style I am aiming for to the new stylist that will do the service. After my shampoo, it was time to explain to the korean stylist (who has features of maureen larazabal) what cut and style I want. To ensure that she understands it, I spoke in english, in barok tagalog (she can speak and understand few tagalog words), and showed the picture in the hair book. Then she smiled and showed that she got it. And so, I let her do her masterpiece.

I'm trying to get a long hair-korean style for this christmas season. Wala lang, para maiba naman. Although ayaw nang ex ko sa style na to, I don't care, as long as gusto naman ni nathan yung hair ko. Hehe. Actually, naitatali ko na yung buntot ko. Mahaba na siya, which I enjoy so much. Hehe. I even went to work last wednesday na nakatali siya. Di ba, cute. Basta, I want a long hair na korean style. That's it.

After a few minutes, I noticed that the stylist is cutting my hair short in front. I was shocked. Literally, my world paused for a few minutes while seeing my hair in front trimmed out. Ang tagal ko pa naman hinintay na humaba yun. And after, mawawala lang nang parang isang iglap. Lahat nang temperature ko sa katawan, umakyat sa buhok at anit ko. Inis na inis talaga ako. Then, nakatikim siya nang dere-deretsong english.

I don't get why she did not understand it. It was very clear. Instructions were even interpreted in actions. Was she just stupid or moron? I always respect women. And even to those who provides service to people. But yesterday, I just lost it. Because it was my hair. And she just ruined my plan. Yeah, I'm a brat TL. Whenever I want something, I make sure I get it. And now, I have to wait again for my hair to get long. Grrr!!!! I left the salon with a bad mood.

But I did not curse anyone. I was still professional enough to handle the situation . I just have to say it. And don't get me wrong, the cut was not that bad. It was just shortened. Maarte lang ako kasi may gusto akong gawin sa buhok ko. Babalik pa ba ako sa Tony&Jackey?
