Is He Flirting?

I have been puzzled lately with the way he's interacting and dealing with me with different business stuff at work. It's not the usual us and I'm having this weird and awkward feeling when he's in front of me. I know him for a long time na din, even from the time that's he's still confused but I never gave my attention to him simply because I am not interested.

Okay, during the first meeting, I got attracted, maybe because of the "astig" factor that he has. And not to forget the kilig experience during one out of town event. But it all got away when I heard different negative stories about him from other people, and from his friends too. Plus the fact that I myself have been witnessed with this one instance, which really killed all the interest in my body.

Since then, things became casual and all professional with us. But suddenly, for some reason, things became different and distance became so close for the two of us. I'm still not looking at him, but he is really giving me reasons to. He's not like this to me before. And for another some reason, I am getting this awkward feeling again every time he touches me. Is he flirting with me? What's with all those look, stare and touch?

Flirting is more of an art than a science to me, and the techniques have definitely been upgraded from the traditional ones. I'm still puzzled. If this will continue, should I confront it, or just let things happen until it gets obvious? I know I lost all my interest on him, but why am I getting awkward with him? Did the interest level started to rise again? Am I liking him again? Am I in denial? But not him. He can't be. He just can't be.
