NO WORK-OUT YET THIS WEEK

For reasons that I don't know, I have been sleeping well lately and cannot wake up at 2:00pm to prepare for work-out. Since I started with Gold's Gym last January, I think this is the first time that I have paused for that long. Hindi naman ako tinatamad. May willingness naman. Kaso napapasarap ang tulog lang talaga. No choice but to do some cardio exercises at home para di naman lumobo.


Kahapon, tinanong ako ni mamiko if I stopped my membership na daw sa gym kasi di na daw ako umaalis nang maaga bago pumasok. Shet! Kailangan ko na talagang bumalik nang gym!!!

BROWN-OUT

While in the middle of my cardio exercise at home, with matching loud music to the max, all of a sudden, around 5:15pm, biglang nag-brown-out. Hassle! I was so in to my exercise na. Nabitin ako. Parang sex na nagka-climax ka na tapos biglang naputol. It's the same feeling of hassleness. Lintek! No choice but to prepare early together with the powerful light of the candle. Grrr!!! Ang init pa naman.

While on my way to work, I found out the reason kung bakit nag-brownout sa area namin. A truck bumped in to one electrical post which caused the brown-out. Hay! Yun naman pala.

PALM SUNDAY

Last sunday was Palm Sunday pala. Kaya pala andaming palaspas na sumalubong sa amin nung pagdating namin nang church ni mamiko. Pagkatapos nang mass, traditionally, people go closer to the priest para ipabasbas yung palaspas (rhyming words ito!). Naaliw ako sa dami nang taong nagmadaliang pumunta sa unahan para ipabasbas yung palaspas nila. And mamiko was one of them that I even lost track of her.


Nagulat na lang ako nang may kumalabet sa akin. Akala ko cute guy. Nanay ko lang pala. Hmpf! Ang mahigpit na bilin, isakay ko daw ang nabasbasang palaspas sa loob nang sasakyan nang hindi ako madisgrasya. May ganun? Bilang masunuring anak, ginawa ko naman. Hehe.

BLOG ENERGY IS BACK

I'm back to my senses, and I think that my system is now up and running again. Yoohoo!!! But again, I still don't know if my Spark is back. I'll find that out soon...
