TOP Awards for May
The 2nd Quarter Performance Council awarded the Top Performers for the month of May, and those who had a balance scorecard for the said month. They also gave some prizes and certificates to those who did a job well done. They have prepared a power point presentation for this, making the event another happy recognition day for the team.
Yellow Cab Day
Last week, I gave a Yellow Cab treat to the team for an outstanding performance for the 2nd Quarter. Though the quarter was not finished yet, but I just felt that the team deserves some treat for doing a great job. So I bought them food from Yellow Cab: Pizza and Pasta. We all had lunch together, celebrating the success of our 2nd Quarter.
Joy to the World Season 1 Awarding
I asked Joy before the month of June started to create her first project in the team. She chose to work on the team's sales, aiming to hit 200 sales for the month so we can be balanced again. She launched her "Joy to the World" project (I know corny ang title, but we liked it, hehe) which became successful and we actually hit our goal. Congrats to the winners and to Joy for a successful project!!!
I.S. Quiz Team Elimination Round
Yesterday was the Team Elimination Round for the I.S. Quiz Bee. There were 20 questions they answered but only 3 people will have to advance to the cluster level. And those 3 were Angel Yap, Carol Sarita and Val Roxas. Runners up are Eiva Reniva and Raine Casiple. They took the quiz seriously, but it all became hilarious when the announcement was made. What's new. Hehe.
Another successful quarter. Two quarters in a row. And a new quarter is here. I am excited and eager to have another success. This team is really the team to beat. Team Protege is the best!!! I love you team!!!
