Isang Taon Na

Yes. One year na ang team ko sa Retail Banking. It was July 01 of 2008 when my team transitioned to another line of business of the bank. It's been a year and we decided to recognize those who did an outstanding job for the entire year. I asked my Performance Council to prepare and facilitate this event. And there, they came up with the PLATINUM AWARDS. The 1st Mass Retail Awards for Team Protege.


It was the first major project of the 3rd Quarter Council. They all worked hard to make this a success. From the presentation, plaques, program, food, invitation and decoration. Congratulations for a successful event. Thanks also to Jayce who graced the event. Thank you for always accepting invitations from my team. Thanks to Ness and Rob (former proteges) for witnessing the event as well.

Of course, congratulaions to all the winners. You all deserve your award!!! Who would've thought we would last that strong for the entire year in Mass Retail. Indeed, time really flies...
