High Blood
I had my blood pressure tested last night after feeling some severe headache. Actually, that was after eating a Sea Salt Potato Chips, bigla na lang sumakit na naman ulo ko. Why na naman? Kasi last sunday, after eating a big burger on our celebration of US Independence Day, sumakit din ang ulo ko. Someone from the team even said that I could have a high blood. Kaya nung naulit na naman yung headache, they told me to have my blood pressure checked na.
140/90
That was my BP kanina. Sabi nang utak ko, "Again!". Kasi nag-ganyan na yan dati. Naulit na naman. The doctor advised me to rest for 15 minutes then will check my BP again. And so I did. After 15 minutes of rest, actually pinahiga nila ako, bumaba naman to 139. However, they have placed me under observation for Hypertension. Hassle!!!
I was advised to avoid food with so much cholesterol and salty foods. Ang nakakainis, I watch my food pa naman talaga. I avoid a lot of things so not to experience Hypertension again. Pero dahil lang sa pagkain ko nang burger last sunday at chips kagabi, it triggered things and caused this nga ulit. Hassle! Parang unfair di ba.
Pagkauwi ko, I planned not to tell it again to mamiko. Kaso, wala talagang makatatakas sa pang-amoy nang nanay. She asked me why I'm so pale. Then she said, "High Blood ka ano!". Ayun na. Walang kawala. She asked me to rest and not to go to work tonight. Aba! Parang siya lang ang nagpapasweldo sa akin oh. Hehe. But I think, I really need some rest. Baka din too much thinking of things at work and some things to come in to my life soon. Hehe.
I will rest tonight. I have to give it to my body. It's scary for me to experience Hypertension again in a short span of time from my previous one. Nag-flash back lahat nang sinabi sa akin nang doctor before that caused me sleepless nights thinking about it. So hindi muna ako magmamatigas nang ulo. Makikinig na ako muna kay mamiko. No workaholic mode muna. Rest mode muna.
I had a good read about high blood pressure in this blogsite: buydrug.blogspot.com and I want to share it to everyone.
