2nd shot for uptraining

Last tuesday, I started my Full Mass Retail Banking uptraining on a morning schedule. At last, I get to experience a normal shift. This is actually my 2nd attempt to attend this training as I wasn't able to complete the first attempt due to unexpected problems. And my god, that was very dramatic and eventful. I don't wanna remember it at all.

Anyways, so 4 days lang this week dahil holiday nung monday. Yey! So Basti is the trainer. A friend back in P, and I was the one who referred him to G, and after 3 months, he got promoted to as a trainer. I had no worries. I am very particular with trainers when it comes to training. I've heard he was good so I was fine then.

Now, here's the catch. I don't know the trainees. And it means, I will need to get to know them, get along with them as we will be together for 3 freakin' weeks. And as part of the culture, I should be the one extending my hands to them. Damn. It's like going back from the start. But anyways, I have no choice. I have to do it. Carry lang.

There the introduction part of the class started. After Basti, I was the one next. So I gave a great smile, tried to release some charming powers, english dito, english doon, and there you go. I was done. Then listened to all of them as they introduced themselves. Funny is that they all know each other, though they came from two different teams, but belongs to a one batch when they joined G. So majority versus minority ito. Hassle!

Okay, okay, so class is fine naman. Well, the people are so-so. Carry naman. And the fact that I am learning. So I am settled. Except that I take my break alone which is understandable. Who would dare to ask me for a lunch. I doubt. At least, I get to do my reports for my team during breaks. Damn, I miss my team.

Isang malupit na on the other side, there's this one cute guy which I don't know if he's gay or not. As usual, the uptight TL, will never dare to ask anyone who knows him, nor will think the whole day if he is or not. Besides, I don't need to. Basta cute siya and matanong. It means nag-iisip. May utak. Maliit nga lang but cute enough. Eye candy sa training. Hehe. (Love you nathan)

So it's 3:28 in the morning. Have to take a bath na. Have to be at work before 6. Ayaw ni TL nala-late sa work. Punctual ako eh. Yes! 3rd training day na. 12 more days to go, babalik na ako sa team ko and sa schedule ko. Woohoo!!
