Makulay na Linggo

Yesterday at work, sunday, was again a very light day. I decided to create an activity for the team since it was a very slow freaking night for us. I had them shopping for items that they would buy and bring if they were to ask to migrate to a place unknown and start a brand new life. Each item is posted in different PCs in the training room which has a price on each. Everyone was given a $1,000 to shop.


The activity was all about realizing what really matters to a person. The material things or the people in our lives which we tend to give less importance most of the time. I had them explain the items they shopped and what are their Top 5 list. After the activity, it was time for our team's Spin a Wheel that was facilitated by the R&R Council. Just our way to have a fun reward activity. Ang kulay kulay talaga. Parang NIPS lang. O para sosyal, M&Ms. Haha. "I like to move it, move it..."
